The Hallettsville Independent School District is comprised of approximately 248,086 square feet of building space, 1,200 students and 190 employees. The HISD Maintenance Dept. is charged with maintaining the interior and exterior of all district facilities.

The Maintenance Department includes custodial, grounds, and facilities. The department completes approximately 1,000 work orders annually. We strive to complete these work orders in a timely fashion and at the satisfaction of the requestor.
