Enrollment

Parents wishing to register their students must provide the following information upon enrollement at Hallettsville Independent School District.

  • Proof of residence (Current utility or gas bill, rental lease or notorized affidavit)
  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Student Social Security Card
  • Student Immunization Records
  • Student Transcript of Grades
  • Parent ID (Driver’s License)
