STAAR/EOC Exams

Grades 3 – 8 will be administered the STAAR Reading and Mathematics assessments.

Grades 4 and 7 will be administered the STAAR Writing assessment.

Grades 5 and 8 will be administered the STAAR Science assessment.

Grade 8 will be be administered the STAAR Social Studies assessment.

High school students will be administered the STAAR/End of Course (EOC) assessments. EOC exams include: English I, English II, English III, English IV, Algebra I, Biology, and United States History. Students enrolled in an EOC course, but not attending high school, will be required to take the applicable assessment.
